Discovery travel are ****mers

Dicovery Vitality offers this useless service of booking cheaper travel, but what they don't tell you is that when you cancel, they stall on the refund.

I cancelled a car rental booking on 13/12/2023. The agent firstly neglected to advise me of the cancellation fee. And secondly said the refund takes 10 days. Factoring in all the public holidays in December I gave them a few days grace. I phoned them on 3 January 2024 to see how far the refund was. Only on this phone call did I get the cancellation fee of more tha half of the product value and I was told it has been escalated as the refund has been processed.

Another 10 days go by (it is now a month since I cancelled the booking) and now all I get is: " we are waiting for a eesponse from our finance department". Yet another 10 days gonpast and still NO refund.

No one even bothers to get back to me wrt the refund.
