Discovery Travel

Very disappointed in Discovery's Travel agency - Booked a Qantas flight via the travel platform, only to realize that I booked the wrong connecting flight time (which was the exact same price and left at the time I was meant to arrive). I instantly realized my mistake, but it was outside of working hours. Called the emergency line, only to be told I would be charged a fee for this service, (with no indication of what the fee might be) so instead I called first thing the next morning (within 12 hours of booking) to request this change. Discovery refused to make the change without charging a massive change fee. I phoned Qantas directly and they told me Discovery was wrong and they should waive the change fee. Discovery still has refused to change the flight.
