Discovery tracker points error and I am told to accept it.

We have planned our points to reach diamond. When querying why exercise points have not been allocated we were told the points tracker is not accurate. I can earn 30000. The tracker tells me I have earned 29800. Discovery says there is an error and In fact I have earned 30000. I am told that I must accept this error and a query will only be answered in 5 to 7 working days. It is now almost the end of the year and to earn the additional points over Christmas will be challenging. And it is Discovery's error not mine. I feel this is not an ethical or fair way to treat clients. I would not reccommend Discovery to anyone looking for medical aid or life insurance.
