I laid a complaint on the 11th August regarding a new application I had been struggling with on hello peter and we have still NOT finalised the matter....

Discovery I am appalled by your service! At this stage, I am ready to move on to another health insurance company that will take new applications seriously! What a shame.. you are really losing it! You used to be good.
