Discovery Team Vitality incompetence

I app**** to join Team Vitality Running on 03/03/2025. Their system could not process payment online. I was provided with banking details to do an EFT payment. I did this and sent through proof of payment. Every time I am following up on their WhatsApp chat, their consultants keeps on requesting the same information i.e. when did I apply for membership, what payment method I used and provision of proof of payment and nothing happens after this. I have followed up 3 times already with no success.
