Discovery Team vitality cash back...still waiting!

<p>Being part of Discovery's Team Vitality, the one benifit is that you can get up to 50% cash back on race registration fees. I did the 94.7 on the 20th Nov 2016. A couple of weeks past but no cash back. I queried it and they rep**** the timing company does not have me on the their system...which is bulls@#t as i have been doing doing races for the whole year! they then rep**** that i can claim the points for the mountian bike race manually on the web site. Just shows you the level if incompetence as I never said i did the mountain bike race and my query was on the cash back not points. After a lot of mails going back and forth it was finaly said that there was a technical issue with regards to the pay out of the cash back and it will be resolved. they cant give me a time duration as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>till this day no cash back. They have'nt even sent out a general mail to all vitality team members that there is a technical issue. So if one does not query it they will simply keep quiet and keep your money. I believe that is *****ing...and very *********!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
