Discovery Systems do not work

10 days ago I requested to webinfo that they change my OTP telephone number so I can log onto the website. They did not only changed it but managed to change it to the number I asked them to delete and added the number that no longer exits. Now I cant seem to get any help fixing it, They just say send another mail which I have done but still they send an OTP to an non existing number so I cannot log in. I even gave them a new e mail address which they also managed to delete????WHY WHY WHY can then not actually read through your request and do it once. It was the simplest request. 2 weeks later I still cant log in. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS
