Discovery Systems are poor

Loading an invoice to obtain Vitality points for flu injections for my family was incredibly frustrating First I emailed it Then I loaded it on the Discovery App Then I phoned in and after hanging on for 20 minutes was told they have no record of the invoices I sent The call centre operator's line was terrible I really frustrating experience
