Discovery still *****ing money from customers.

In true Discovery fashion, I've been handed over to lawyers with NO correspondence from Discovery. I signed up for one of their rewards and got an Apple watch. Now, a month before my contract ends, I get an email from a lawyer, stating I have 48hours to pay an amount of R 2 633.22. I asked for a statement of where exactly this amount came from - and also where exactly my weekly reward points got taken into account for the price of the watch. I'm not expecting a reply, just another letter from Dumisa @ Shapiro Snake Defries
