Discovery - still discovering their own problems.

Week on week I have to contact the vitality rewards team about some issue. I have a reward that had its expiry date changed so that I could not redeem it and no one has bothered to deal with it. In fact I have been blatantly ignored because they fixed another reward issue, but ignored the expiry date change one in the same email.

Now I have another issue where my uber eats code (YES discovery, which you sent me, not the one you have to submit to discovery vitality) cannot be added to the uber eats app. And now another persistent issue with discovery vitality - I cannot submit a complaint because "This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Let me make this simple for discovery: I want my weekly reward for a smoothie at Kauai to be re-issued to me (Do not ask me when it was issued etc as I have already submitted all of those details to you).

I want my uber eats code issue to be resolved - make it happen.
