Discovery *****s shoe booster money

I have been a very satisfied customer with all of Discovery's products, but in December I activated my shoe booster and got debited for R 350 both on the 21st and again on the 22nd of December. Following heavy mail correspondence between myself and every-time-a-different-guy-on-Discovery-side, I was informed by Bruce Rikhotso (after Jamie Jansen, after Celiwe Khulu , after Akhona Lion) that his finance department confirmed that their was no double transaction. I told him this is unacceptable as HIS finance department are the same guys who issued my Discovery Credit Card. They have internal access to my records and can clearly see that the amount went off twice. Nobody has since responded and I consider this equating to Discovery *****ing money from their clients!!!
