Discovery shop - Zero delivery!!!

Poor service I’ve been getting from the Discovery shop regarding the team vitality training kit I ordered on Jan 21. Today is the 20th of April - nothing!! I’ve made several follow up calls, call centre service never goes through and if it does, they are always telling you to hold the line or tell you that they will get back to you. I’ve sent email to follow up as well, nothing too!! This is not a standard one would expect from Discovery - very disappointing. I just want my money back at this point, I no longer want the kit. It’s been 4 months!! 4!!!
