Discovery shocking service

My wife and I wanted to book flights using our discount via Vitality but what a nightmare its been up to now.

Long story short almost 2 weeks later, 3 x reference numbers later,many promised call backs we still cant book flights and the issue still not resolved.

Its been a nightmare, being on the phone for about 3 hours, and still just empty promises nothing is happening from Discovery.

Also,the flights are costing us about R4000 more due to the time getting closer to the dates we want to fly.

So is Discovery going to give me back the money Im losing because of them?

Discovery you are not as brilliant as you think you are. The customer service has been shocking with this whole situation.

And still we dont have flights.
