Useless service really! No way to actually get into contact with anyone at Vitality and they have a maze of options when you call in - none of them lead to actually speaking to a human being!!

When I finally did get to speak to someone via the dental pre-auth option a query was logged but summarily declined without even reading the query!!

No one seems to be able to answer my question!!! ***?!
