Discovery rewards not worth it anymore

The new Discovery rewards structure is an absolute ****. I have just discovered that in order to reach my spend goal for this week I need to spend nearly R4000(PER WEEK!!!). My typical spending habits see me spending most of my income in the first two weeks of the month as I prefer to shop for monthly essentials in the beginning of the month. This was never an issue before because excess spend points used to carry over to the following week. As a result, I will not meet all of my goals this month and will have to pay a substantial penalty on my iPhone benefit. As others have mentioned, the new game board is worse overall too. Not to mention how absolutely useless the Discovery app is with regards to tracking health points... If this new structure remains in place (I have no confidence that Discovery will change anything. Financially this is clearly a win for them) I will no longer recommend this service to anyone and am actively considering moving my policies elsewhere.
