Discovery refusing to refund Team Vitality cancellation

<p>I joined team vitality only to make use of the shoe booster benefit (this is a requirement for the benefit). I then went to purchase my shoes from Sportsmans Warehouse, but as it turns out, Sportmans Warehouse do not have my shoe size in stock at any of their branches. I then requested Discovery to cancel my Team Vitality membership with a refund (within 7 days of joining). I got the reply that they have a 'no refund' policy. </p> <p>This is ridiculous as I cannot make use of the benefit, but still need to be a team vitality member against my will. I believe it's my right according to the consumer protection act to cancel any membership fee within 7 days in the cooling off period.</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed as I do not want to be a Team Vitality member anymore. Why can they not refund me????</p>
