Discovery refusing to cancel vitality

On the 4th November my husband called in to the vitality call center to cancel his vitality, we cancelled it with Lerato Rathabe and she said sh will raise the cancellation with the cancellations department and they contact us in 5 days to cancel but no one called us, the case was closed with no cancellation done on the vitality and now they want to bill us for 2 months, yet we cancelled this, then when we call in today it was stated that the case was never resolved but closed and we never ever received a call from discovery cancellations, to top it off i asked Lerato Rathabe to speed up the process and escalate the matter and i wanr feedback in an hour she raised her tone of voice with me rudely states that she cannot do that for me and she will raise th matter with her team leader which is Agmad Mohammed who will call me once they have feedback till now no one had the decency to get back to us, discovery are a bunch of rougues that make easy money from us clients and give bad service, as for the call center agent is rude and does not know what she os doing, Discovery need to train their staff. i will get legal assistance for this matter.<br> <br>
