Discovery refusing to assist with issues
I have an issue with the redeemed Vitality rewards not working and Discovery is refusing to assist me by keep on transferring me between departments for more that 30min. Every department just makes excuses and then transfer me to the next department and I have to explain everything over and over and then just get transferred again

07 May 2019, 09:38I just got a call back from Discovery stating that their is an error on my profile on their system, when I asked them what error this is they couldn't answer me, seems like they them self doesn't know what is going on themselves
