Discovery promise benifits and never deliver

I have moved most of my health and insurance portfolio to Discovery to gain the benifits they offer.<br> On two occasions in the past few weeks they have not delivered on the services promised.<br> <br> First was the hotel booking discounts, i tried to book at a hotel that is listed on their website with no luck, when i called to find out why i couldnt book I was told that the pricing from the Hotel was not inline with their requirements and therefore was not available even though it is on the approved list. I asked them to then pass the discount and i would book directly with the hotel, i was advised they would not do that.<br> <br> The second issue is this discount offering with Dischem that launched 1 Feb'15 but is still not active and not working. i made purchases at Dischem and called this morning to see why the system was not working and was advise that they are having technical difficulties, i said that is unfortunate but can i get the discount credited to me as it was advertise and supposed to be active. Why should the client suffer for their back office problems, again i was told sorry that would nnot be possible, POOR POOR Service Discovery! I pay a primium to get these benifits/or not!
