Discovery Premier Health Assessment fail

Battling for 3 weeks to get a response via email as to why my vitality points for the Discovery Health assessment which took place at their own offices and on their own system haven’t yet been awarded. it’s particularly annoying because i am unaware what should be allocated to get to gold again for the third year. Next year i will be sure not to take their own in house tests. It also raises some concerns over what their banking service will be like ??
