Discovery points vanished with no accountability or resolution from Discovery

About 2 months ago, over 7283 discovery miles disappeared off my app. I have contacted discover a dozen of times and they just can't resolve it. They have the most pathetic customer service.... I totally regret leaving my previous insurance to join Discovery and I've reached a point where I just want to cancel.
