Discovery Points not loaded and they don't seem to be phased about sorting it out!

Really poor service, I have now contacted Discovery multiple times and have 3 different reference numbers for a simple query. I completed the Health check at Dis-Chem on 2 July and have still not received the points. the site shows that I have done the tests and that it was done on this day but no points have been allocated for it. I have brought this to the attention of Discovery and every time I contact them I just get told it has been escalated again and I must wait a further 3-5 days. this is a joke! Its should not be so complicated to correct this issue! What makes me more annoyed is not once has anyone bothered to call me from discovery and give me feedback or let me know it has been further delayed. Discovery are quick to drop you and not cover you if you don't pay, however when its something that is required of them I must just wait indefinitely and spend my time following up and continuously calling! extremely poor service, I have been very fair and given Discovery ample time to correctly but clearly I am not a concern or priority for Discovery!
