Discovery points are a now show

From about two weeks ago my discovery points have not been reflecting consistently. Eg on some weeks I had a day of exercise points not reflecting at all.

Last week Friday things took a turn for the worst when the points stopped reflecting completely. I called discovery and I was told it will take 3 to 7 working days. I have reached that timeline and no communication nothing…
