Discovery Pathetic Customer Service Again !!!!!!!!!!

Is there a more pathetic customer experience than dealing with Discovery , firstly takes an age to get through , then they verify you via a OTP only then to be asked more security questions once you get through, they follow up requesting info from a no-reply email and they cant perform a simple task of allocating vitality points , its taken 4 calls to get a resolution .. absolute shambles of an organization
