Discovery not working

Good day.Every since Discovery vitatily open has open I have had so much headache with this app not showing my point there is no point opening something for people to use if it don't work.in have deleted and reinstalled both discorer and Samsung health appservices. Both apps read my steps and activitiesee but they do not given me my rewards.I'm now thinking that Discovery is trying to **** everyone into using there apps.
