Discovery not cancelling my vitality! What is a meaning of this?

I have 3 products with Discovery and I'm utterly disappointed with how the vitality team has dealt with my cancellation. I've been trying to cancel my vitality since April 2021 and I will be told that it is cancelled but I will still get a debit order. No one seems to assist me with this, no communication and everytime I call I'm sent to different agents. Totally disappointed!!
