Discovery Miles wrong balance!?!?

I phoned in with the problem, and nobody has bothered to respond to my mail (which I was instructed to send by the discovery consultant). Good day Discovery Vitality, My Discovery Miles balance is 2025 When transacting (from Loot website) via PayU, it only reflects a balance of 103 Discovery Miles. Please investigate why the balance is not reflecting correctly. Can you please investigate why my Discovery Miles is not reflecting the correct balance???
