Discovery Miles redeeming rewards is not working

When trying to use your vitality active rewards at the shops online e,g Cotton On, Cape Union Mart, the application shows you, that the reward is not currently available, and you must return later. When I called the contact Centre I was told that there are no more reward tokens available and I must wait until Discovery has loaded more, but he does not know when this will be done. This is ridiculous and a terrible rewards program.
