Discovery Miles payment not working on TakeAlot

I have been trying unsuccessfully to use my hard earned Discovery Miles on something useful by paying for my takealot orders. For months I have been trying to use this payment method and every time it bombs out with a nondescript error and simply redirects me to takealot. There is no support, NO your whatsapp bot is useless and your website does not allow me to log a query, only view what you deem as outstanding issues. Circular redirects to the same useless support page was fun thanks! Finally had to pay for my purchase with my credit card and still have have thousands of miles that I cant use on one of your approved retailers.
