Discovery Miles not working on Takealot Platform for months now....

I contacted Discovery more than a week ago about them not being able to get their miles to work on Takealot for months now. They got back to me on a private message saying they are trying their best to sort it out but they dont know how long it will take. Well, it hasnt been working for months now????***???? I want to cancel my card but I would like the rewards i have earned thus far please Discovery? as you dont seem to treat this seriously.....what to you would be a reasonable timeframe to sort this out in? A week? A month? A year? And now you want to launch a bank but you cant even get your existing credit card rewards program to work? Do me a favour........
