Discovery Miles not being honored

We have been trying to get an answer from Discovery since the 4th May we have 145436 Discovery Miles on my wifes profile on the kulula website and when booking Discovery wont honor these miles. we have spoken to a whole bunch of people but no one is coming back to us. Discovery keeps saying they will get back us but no one does and we trying to book accommodation that we will lose due to this incompetence
