Discovery miles means nothing if you cannot use it/bad service

Discovery vitality is cheating us out of earn and reward yourself, big promises, but when they need to deliver their service, it is always offline, or something is wrong. Discovery miles mean nothing when Discovery Vitality is offline most of the time, or you cannot use it. Bad service.
