Discovery Miles

I’m battling to use my Discovery Miles in store - my husband is a Discovery Bank client and it seems to complicate the issue. I earned my miles and personnel at Discovery Vitality can’t advise me how to use them - when I click on View and Spend it comes up with Unable To Load! They transferred me to Discovery Bank who couldn’t help - then transferred me back to Discovery Vitality where I waited ages for someone to pick up the phone but it just rang off. I’m “gatvol” as the saying goes and wonder if I need to get Adrian Gore to sort out the inefficiencies! I earned those miles and I want to spend them in store!!
