I emailed them and got a reference number. When I phoned today, 4 days later, quoting the reference number I held on for over half an hour before I put down the phone. Eventually someone rang back and said they would transfer me to the bank division. As I am a secondary card holder the bank division couldn’t help so back I was transferred to vitality where they didn’t answer.I still haven’t been helped.. They are totally ***********.
