DISCOVERY MED AID IS DISGUSTING

The worst med aid on this earth ,cancelled my med aid back in April 2023 ,I was owed an amount from my savings due to the cancellation, this was in April, I then suddenly receive a payment notification in august from my ex bank due to me still having the app, stating the amount was paid into that account ,mind you which said account is now closed but I have an overdraft which i oay monthly into,I call discovery to find out what could've went wrong, they assure me they will reverse the funds and put it into the correct bank account as they neglected to even call me since the cancellation in April to check whether my banking details or any of my details for that matter has changed .the consultant was very reassuring and made sure he called to update me that the amount would be paid within 72 hours ,it's now been over 2 weeks since and nothing ,I try calling I get dropped ,I email ,no one responds ,I am fed up with these so called service providers who take our money every month within seconds and yet when they take several months to return money that's rightfully owed to us it's fine ,it's not fine and I will be posting and blasting this on all social media platforms if my amount due to me is not paid immediately.
