Discovery lost data I recorded for months

I downloaded the Discovery mobile iOS app and decided to start using some of its features. The two features I used every week, was the Weight Tracker and the Exercise Tracker. So for half a year, I meticulously recorded my weight and exercise routines.<br> <br> Then one day, the Weight Tracker was no longer available in the mobile app. The option was just not there. They just removed it. Discovery offers it to users, and then just stop supporting it on a whim. Scary.<br> <br> So I started using the Discovery website instead, which has the identical feature and I had used it before, only to find that not far into it, all my previous data was gone. January through to April, all that progress and valuable historical data, was gone.<br> <br> I mentioned them on Twitter, and even have an email with a reference number, in which Discovery said they were working on it. That email was back in June! They've said nothing, and are not being accountable for the loss of my data, which is actually quite serious. Who's to say this isn't happening with medical claims data too?<br> <br> Discovery seem unperturbed that they're losing client data, which is a MAJOR red flag. DO NOT USE Discovery products for logging personal data.
