Discovery Life (and other Discovery Companies) apparently in financial difficulty - not paying out refunds

I’m a member of Discovery Life, and therefore also Discovery Vitality. It seems that the Discovery Group of companies are in financial difficulty and unable to meet their commitments - Vitality has suspended payment of Healthy Gear and Healthy Food Cashbacks and - despite a number of requests and queries via the website and the call center, no-one is able to give any feedback as to when (or even if) I’ll ever be paid. There are no explanations forthcoming and no-one appears willing or able to give any undertakings. Think twice about giving them your money by paying premiums, they might not pay out if you ever need to claim!
