Discovery is Useless and ***********

I have been a Discovery Vitality member from its inception, probably 15 years now, and I am on Diamond status. For the past 3 months I have not received my Healthy Food Cashback, Discovery Vitality say they cannot "see" my healthy food purchases and are now blaming Pick n Pay! BUT, get this: of the 3 months that I did not get the cash back, Discovery gave me 1000 vitality points for healthy food TWICE! How can they know to give me the points when they cannot see my purchases??!! DISCOVERY HASN'T JUST CHANGED EVERYTHING! THEY HAVE STUFFED UP EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Discovery is useless and ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will continue to drag your name through the dirt!
