Discovery is useless absolutely pathetic

Since you decided to start this ridiculous reward program (don't reward people if you actually not willing to reward them and you've become stingy) if you want more money ask for it but dont hide behind false pretences acting like you want people to be healthier. I wrote an email saying this program is ridiculous some body needs to phone me I demand an answer and see if I could get out of this ridiculous contract .Monday morning 25th I received an email stating that my vitality is cancelled. I never gave written consent and no body ever phoned me and I did not give anybody the right to cancel this agreement.<br> I phoned the operators and tried to rectify this and then 45 min later the guy said you will reinstate this as of next month asked me if my billing details was still with FNB - which this made me furious because on the 13th of January I sent a change in bank the bank details , id copies etc I got a reply asking for a signed document for permission to deduct these fees so I sent that on the 14th and nobody updated that onto your system.This morning 27th I received an email AGAIN saying my vitality will be cancelled. PLEASE GET YOUR **** TOGETHER !! you've become so useless!!!
