Discovery is trying rob me out of my benefits

According to discovery we now have healthy hear benefits where we get a cash benefit of up to 25% for spend at Sportsmans Warehouse and Total sport. I have gone through all the necessary requirements to get to 25% max benefit and I have spend R5000 at Sportmans Warehouse during Feb-March, the limit for a family a month is R4000. Instead discovery has paid me R500 cash back instead of the full R1000 they now claim I am a single member. I am not a single member but family, I have never been a single member even the consultants I spoke to online said they couldn't understand why I was paid as a single member because I have family membership. I logged a query on the 30th of March with *** @ 16h30. Please sort this out.
