DISCOVERY IS RIGHT THE CLIENT IS WRONG

i spoke to an agent who offered me vitality - i did not want it. he forced and said it will cancel automatically i advised him that i dont want vitality he advised that it will cancel and not renew automatically. low and behold 465.00 went off and sold a product i didnt ask for. if i say i dont want something and someone says it wont activate, how does it then activate.

Your organization now really just has DISCOVERY AND ITS STAFF IS CORRECT. THE CLIENT IS WRONG UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE. I DONT HAVE TIME TO BE TREATED LIKE *******, THEN I CAN GO AND TAKE MY SALARY TO A ******* BANK AND KNOW ITS THE SERVICE I PAY FOR.

Agent: Anelisa Manager: Courtney I noticed a debit order of R465.00 go off my account. I called the call centre as i did not at anypoint activate vitality. I told the guy its a product i do not use nor want. i was advised via telephone that it will not continue. to my surprise the R465 went off. nowhere on the website is there a premium for that amount and these two one manager and one call centre agent decided they will deal with me like i am a peasant. firstly i did not sign up for vitality, secondly i did not just want the debit order stopped and reversed i needed the product cancelled. Analise did not listen nor care what my query was pushing me beyod irrate. Courtney then sounded as if she is sleeping, reading scripts and keeping me on the line after i told her i dont want to deal with her because she lacks concern and lacks alot. i want the vitality cancelled and my money reversed. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS SERVICE NOR DO I REQUIRE IT. and if they wish they must just give me notice and i will gladly move my banking somewhere else. I am not here to beg a bank to accept my salary and pay them a monthly subscription. whether i have 5c of 50 million in my account. I dont expect sleeping agents to help and have no sense of their products or knowledge how to deal with it. i have been on the phone almost an hour trying to get this cancelled and my debit reversed. no care in the world.
