Discovery is not a technology company

I am living abroad and am trying to get Discovery to cancel my Apple Watch benefit and charge my credit card the full outstanding amount, This has been going on for a month, with any electronic communication over the last 2 weeks completely ignored. I specifically stated in my e-mails that I am out of the country, however I am pretty sure nobody reads an e-mail completely (that would imply service) so none of their agents saw that and just attempted to phone me. After a month's struggle I am no closer to cancelling the watch, I can only assume any electronic interaction is a black hole and Discovery only works on paper and phones - a shame for a seemingly great company in a digital world
