Discovery is easily the worst company in terms of service in the country that I have dealt with

I bought shoes more than three months ago (not exactly sure when, my transaction history doesn't even scroll that far back). I noticed that I hadn't received my healthygear payback. I enquired shortly after (also more than three months ago) and all I've gotten ever since is a generic reply every fortnight or so is that they are still investigating. And this only after I raise the issue.
