My vitality policy was linked to the medical aid which was terminated in February 2018. The agent who was assisting me informed me that I will have to open a life cover policy in order to activate a new vitality policy. I asked about my gym subscription as I was not prepared to pay another R 2000 for gym subscription and the agent informed me that I will not have to pay that amount again as the gym will be linked to the new vitality policy. I made call today when I realized that my gym visits are not appearing. I was told that I will have to pay R2000 in order to get the gym benefits via vitality. I believe this is a total *******. If discovery expects me to pay again , please cancel my life cover policy vitality policy. I will also inform my wife to cancel the investment and life cover policy
