DISCOVERY IS A *** BANK

i joined discovery bank because of the airline perks and what a load a **** this bank is. i had to reschedule my flight but there app did not allow it, i called the call center and was advised that if i cancel i would lose 50% of the amount. there was no other way so i went ahead an cancelled my flight. that was over 5 months ago and discovery has yet to do anything about it. i have been in back to back emails with them to no success. they sent me a email to say they reach 1 million customer rather than try and sort my issue out. I think we as consumers should take a stand against this BIG CORPARATION and close our account so they can see that ever client matters and not just the private wealth ones.
