Discovery ignoring members who pay their salaries

My rating is actually zero and not 1. I am not surprised other clients are also complaining about queries not been attended to, emails not answered, the idiotic bot that just says nobody is available to chat, etc. etc. I have been asking about why my Vitality healthy food percentage is shown as 15% in stead of 25%, but Discovery obviously would rather pocket that 10% discrepency. Even since Discovery went into the banking business they have totally ignored the medical aid clients.
