Discovery Healthy GEAR Fail

I went into Sportsmans Warehouse yesterday and produced an old card that I had for Healthy Gear the till operator informed me it was not valid and wouldn't accept. I called discovery today to tell them this and they said they can send me a new card by POST ( condsidering our postal system ) this is a FAIL already and that it will take three weeks. I said that it doesn't work this way and they insist on taking my postal address and offering no alternatives or digital delivery. THis is not adapting to the environment, explaining your product or making sure your partners are educated _ FAIL from me.
