Discovery healthy food cash back - 4 months later and not received

I have been waiting since October 2019 for my healthy food cash back. Every month I have called them since October 2019 and they tell me it will be triggered after 30 days. Maybe someone that knows how to release a payment in their accounts department can help!!!?
