Discovery HealthFood Cash Back

I am sick and tired of dealing with Discovery about my healthfood cash back. I have not been receiving any cash back into my account for around two years now. I have had countless phonec calls and emails about this situation and keep getting told the money has gone into our account. However NOT ONE CENT has gone into our account, they can't tell me where the money from the health wallet is going, I keep getting told the reference is being dealt with by the finance division, but no correspondence or call on this. I am at a total loss, I am probably out of pocket a few thousand rand by this point on a benefit that is promised by Discovery Vitality. I can't get a straight answer from anyone and keep going in circles, it's a shocking way to treat a customer that has been loyal to them, has life, household and medical insurance policies. It seems Discovery only care to take your money and not when you query money that is supposed to be paid back to you as one of their benefits.
