- Discovery Medical Aid REFUSES to give my sister a medical aid card! A family member is a paramedic. If my sister becomes unresponsive in an accident, without a medical aid card she will be taken to a government hospital, rather than a private hospital if she does not have a medical aid card on her person at the scene of the accident!!!!!

- While discussing this with a "Customer Relationship Manager", the call ended at a suspiciously opportune moment and he did not call back, despite specifically being asked at the onset of the call for him to call back should this occur.

Discovery - SHAME ON YOU. POOR service from your management. Disgusting way to try and save R3 by refusing to give your lower plan members a medical aid card. DISGUSTED!
